A Thoughtful Renovation in the Heart of the Roaring Fork Valley
Located near Denver International Airport with direct access to the A-Line rail connection, Hyatt Place Peña Station serves business travelers, overnight guests, and visitors seeking convenient access to downtown Denver. As a high-traffic, transit-oriented property, efficiency and readiness are essential from day one.
Our scope included FF&E procurement for 226 guest rooms, a model room, public spaces, and full OS&E services. The project required careful alignment between brand standards, operational timelines, and the performance expectations typical of airport-adjacent hospitality.

The model room established a clear benchmark for finishes, furniture scale, and layout functionality prior to full production. This early confirmation allowed for refinement of specifications and ensured alignment before committing to broader manufacturing.
Across 226 guest rooms, furnishings and fixtures were sourced to support Hyatt Place brand guidelines while maintaining durability in a high-turnover environment. Guest rooms needed to feel welcoming and contemporary while performing reliably under frequent use. Production tracking and delivery coordination supported phased installation aligned with opening milestones.
Guest Rooms

Public Spaces

Public areas at airport hotels often serve as both gathering spaces and informal work environments. Seating, casegoods, and decorative elements were sourced to support comfort, flexibility, and longevity.
Coordination of deliveries and installation sequencing helped ensure readiness across shared spaces such as the lobby, breakfast area, and fitness amenities without disrupting the broader construction schedule.
Aligning Guest Comfort With Airport Performance Demands
In addition to FF&E procurement, OS&E services were managed to support operational readiness across guest rooms and public areas. Supplies and equipment were tracked and delivered in alignment with installation milestones, helping ensure the property transitioned smoothly from construction completion to full-service operation.
Airport properties operate on precision. Turnover cycles are frequent, guest expectations are immediate, and operational reliability is critical.
Through clear communication with ownership and vendors, procurement activities remained aligned with budget and schedule objectives. The completed hotel reflects a cohesive environment that balances comfort with efficiency, supporting brand standards and long-term performance in a competitive airport market.
