Set across 1,200 acres along Florida’s Nature Coast, Cabot Citrus Farms combines championship golf with luxury residential hospitality. The property’s rolling terrain, dramatic elevation shifts, and preserved natural landscape create a distinctive environment rarely found in Florida. Beyond golf, the destination offers curated accommodations, elevated dining, and recreational amenities designed for extended stays and ownership experiences.
Our scope included FF&E procurement for 41 cottages and six Fairway Homes, along with OS&E services for the cottages and Grange Hall. The project required coordination across residential style accommodations within a large-scale resort setting, where quality, consistency, and timing directly impact guest and owner experience.


Unlike traditional hotel guestrooms, cottages and Fairway Homes introduce varied floor plans, residential detailing, and layered interior packages. Procurement strategy focused on aligning furnishings, lighting, and finishes across multiple accommodation types while preserving the individuality intended by the design team.
Model validation and detailed specification review ensured that furniture scale, material performance, and installation sequencing were aligned before broader rollout. Vendor coordination accounted for phased deliveries across a wide property footprint, minimizing logistical disruption within an active development environment.
Durability was equally important. As a golf and outdoor focused destination, furnishings were selected to perform under consistent use while maintaining a refined, relaxed aesthetic reflective of the surrounding landscape.
