This renovation project encompassed 116 guest rooms and nine public spaces. The objective was clear: refresh the property in a way that aligned with the Element brand’s contemporary aesthetic while preserving the relaxed, mountain centered character that defines Basalt.
The result is a cohesive transformation that enhances both guest experience and operational efficiency. Guest rooms were updated to reflect a clean, modern design language while maintaining the functional elements essential to extended stay accommodations, including kitchenettes, integrated workspaces, and durable finishes suited for active travelers.
Public areas were reimagined to create welcoming, flexible environments that support both social interaction and quiet retreat. From the lobby to shared gathering spaces, the renovation reinforces a sense of openness and calm, allowing the surrounding landscape to remain a central influence.
