FF&E Procurement for a Distinctive Downtown Boutique Hotel
Located in the heart of downtown Orlando, the Grand Bohemian Hotel blends boutique character with the elevated standards of the Autograph Collection. Known for its artistic interiors, vaulted ceilings, Italian mosaics, and refined guest experience, the property serves both leisure travelers and corporate groups within one of Central Florida’s most active urban corridors.
Our scope included FF&E procurement for 253 guest rooms and four model rooms. The objective was to support the design vision of this distinctive property while delivering disciplined purchasing, controlled budgets, and coordinated installation.

Boutique luxury requires precision. Finishes, furnishings, and lighting must align seamlessly to preserve character and brand identity. Detailed takeoffs and specification reviews ensured the integrity of the design intent was maintained throughout sourcing and purchasing.
Model rooms were prioritized to confirm alignment across stakeholders before full production release. This early validation phase provided clarity, minimized downstream risk, and established a consistent benchmark for all 253 guest rooms.
Guest Room Renovation

Guest rooms reflect a layered, artistic design language balanced with structured procurement oversight. Casegoods, seating, lighting, and soft goods were sourced to support both the boutique aesthetic and long-term performance expectations.
Supporting Luxury Guest Experience Through FF&E Precision
Guest rooms feature elegant vanities, layered lighting, and refined furnishings that contribute to the hotel’s distinctive atmosphere. Procurement strategy accounted for both visual impact and long-term durability, ensuring materials perform within a high occupancy urban environment.
Consistent reporting and cost tracking provided ownership with visibility and confidence throughout the process. Clear communication between ownership, design consultants, manufacturers, and installation teams supported smooth sequencing and reduced operational disruption.
The completed project reflects the strength of coordinated FF&E procurement within a boutique luxury setting. By aligning purchasing discipline with creative design, the hotel maintains its distinctive character while benefiting from structured execution and controlled delivery.
