FF&E Procurement for Guest Rooms and Public Spaces in Charlotte’s SouthPark
Hyatt Centric Charlotte SouthPark sits within one of the city’s most active and walkable neighborhoods, surrounded by restaurants, boutiques, and cultural destinations. Designed as a modern hub for both business and leisure travelers, the hotel reflects the energy of Charlotte while offering a comfortable place to recharge.
Our scope included FF&E procurement for the model room, all guest rooms, public spaces, and the restaurant. The project focused on supporting the hotel’s contemporary design while ensuring that furnishings and finishes perform reliably in a busy urban environment.

The model room served as the foundation for the guest room rollout. It allowed the project team to confirm finishes, furniture scale, and layout functionality before broader purchasing decisions were finalized. This step ensured the design direction worked as intended while supporting the practical needs of daily hotel operations.
Once validated, the guest room procurement moved forward across the property’s accommodations. Furnishings were sourced to align with Hyatt Centric brand standards while maintaining a clean, modern aesthetic suited to the SouthPark setting.
Guest Rooms Designed for Today’s Traveler

Guest rooms feature floor-to-ceiling windows and contemporary interiors that reflect the city’s modern character. Furnishings and fixtures were selected to support comfort, durability, and flexibility for both short leisure visits and business stays.
Attention was given to material performance and finish consistency so that rooms would maintain their appearance and function over time, even with frequent guest turnover.
Public Spaces and Dining Experiences

Public areas and the restaurant play a central role in shaping the guest experience at Hyatt Centric Charlotte SouthPark. The lobby, lounge, and rooftop dining spaces serve as places where guests can gather, relax, and connect with the city’s atmosphere.
Furnishings for these areas were sourced to complement the hotel’s contemporary design while supporting everyday use. Coordination with vendors helped ensure deliveries aligned with installation schedules and opening timelines.
Bringing Charlotte’s Character Into the Guest Experience
Hotels like Hyatt Centric are designed to reflect the neighborhoods they inhabit. Rather than feeling removed from their surroundings, these properties aim to connect guests to the culture, energy, and character of the city outside their doors. Interiors therefore need to capture a sense of place while still functioning smoothly as part of a busy hotel environment.
At Hyatt Centric Charlotte SouthPark, that balance was an important part of the project. Guest rooms, social spaces, and dining areas were furnished to complement the hotel’s contemporary design while supporting the flow of daily activity. Materials and furnishings were selected to feel current and welcoming, while also providing the durability needed in a high-traffic urban property.
The finished spaces bring together comfort, design, and functionality in a way that reflects the evolving identity of Charlotte. Guests move easily between private rooms, gathering areas, and dining spaces, each environment contributing to a cohesive experience. Through thoughtful sourcing and coordination, the hotel now offers an atmosphere that feels connected to the surrounding SouthPark neighborhood while remaining comfortable and dependable for everyday hospitality operations.
