Our scope included FF&E procurement for the model room, all guest rooms, public spaces, and the restaurant. The project focused on supporting the hotel’s contemporary design while ensuring that furnishings and finishes perform reliably in a busy urban environment.
The model room served as the foundation for the guest room rollout. It allowed the project team to confirm finishes, furniture scale, and layout functionality before broader purchasing decisions were finalized.
