Positioned in the heart of Bishop Ranch and near major corporate headquarters, the San Ramon Marriott serves business travelers, conference groups, and regional leisure guests. With proximity to Roundhouse Conference Center and Bishop Ranch City Center, the property operates within a dynamic commercial corridor where presentation, functionality, and reliability are essential.
Our scope included FF&E procurement for 372 guest rooms, eight public areas, and three model rooms. The objective was to support the renovation through structured purchasing, disciplined cost control, and coordinated delivery across a high-volume asset.


Three model rooms were developed to confirm alignment between ownership, brand standards, and design intent before full production release. This validation phase provided an opportunity to refine specifications, confirm finishes, and ensure budget accuracy.
By resolving potential adjustments early, the broader rollout across all guest rooms moved forward with greater predictability and reduced risk.
Guest Room Renovation






Guest room procurement required careful coordination of casegoods, seating, lighting, and soft goods that reflect a contemporary California aesthetic while meeting durability standards for a business focused hotel.
Detailed takeoffs, vendor vetting, production tracking, and freight coordination supported phased installation. Transparent reporting provided ownership with visibility into costs and timelines, reinforcing confidence throughout the renovation process.

With more than 16,600 square feet of adaptable meeting space, procurement sequencing had to account for varied room configurations, large scale furnishings, and coordinated installation windows. Dining and communal areas required furnishings that balance visual refinement with performance under consistent use.
