Comprehensive FF&E Procurement for a High Volume Urban Convention Hotel
Located in the center of downtown Indianapolis, this full-service hotel supports business travelers, convention groups, and event attendees within walking distance of Lucas Oil Stadium, Gainbridge Fieldhouse, the Indiana Convention Center, and the Hilbert Theatre. With significant guest room inventory and extensive public programming, disciplined coordination was essential to protect both schedule and operational continuity.
Our scope included FF&E procurement for 353 guest rooms and 39 public spaces. The project required structured oversight across multiple space types, each serving distinct operational and revenue functions.


Guest room procurement focused on alignment with Hilton brand standards while supporting durability within a high occupancy urban market. Detailed takeoffs, specification review, and vendor coordination ensured furnishings, lighting, and soft goods were sourced accurately and delivered in accordance with phased renovation schedules.
