Located in Distrito T-Mobile, Aloft San Juan places guests in the center of one of Puerto Rico’s most active entertainment destinations. Our scope included FF&E procurement for the model rooms, all guest rooms and suites, and public spaces. The project supported the delivery of a vibrant hospitality environment while maintaining consistency across guest accommodations and shared spaces.

The model rooms established the benchmark for the project, allowing finishes, furniture layouts, and specifications to be reviewed before full production began. This early validation helped confirm design intent, identify refinements, and create consistency throughout the guest room rollout.

With approvals in place, procurement moved forward with confidence across the property's guestrooms and suites.

Guest rooms and suites at Aloft San Juan embrace the brand's loft-inspired aesthetic with open layouts, clean lines, and contemporary furnishings. Every piece was sourced to complement the design vision while supporting the durability required in a high occupancy hospitality environment.

Attention was given to finish consistency, material performance, and installation readiness to ensure each room delivered the same quality experience. Whether accommodating business travelers, families, or leisure guests, the furnishings support comfort without compromising the hotel's modern character.

Public spaces are central to the Aloft experience. The lobby, W XYZ® Bar, Re:fuel pantry, and gathering areas were designed to encourage conversation, collaboration, and social interaction throughout the day.

Procurement focused on furnishings that support this flexible use while maintaining the hotel's contemporary identity. Seating, tables, and decorative elements were selected to withstand continuous use while contributing to an environment that feels inviting, energetic, and connected to the surrounding entertainment district.

Supporting a Lifestyle Hospitality Experience

Lifestyle hotels create experiences that extend beyond the guest room. Guests expect spaces that encourage interaction, flexibility, and a connection to the local destination. The lobby becomes a place to meet, the bar becomes a social hub, and shared spaces transition naturally from work to relaxation throughout the day. Every environment should feel connected, allowing guests to move seamlessly between places to work, socialize, dine, and unwind.

At Aloft San Juan, guest rooms, suites, and public spaces were designed to complement one another while reflecting the brand's energetic, contemporary personality. Furnishings were selected to support the varied ways guests use the hotel, from quick business trips to extended leisure stays, while providing the durability needed in a high-traffic hospitality environment. Comfortable seating, flexible gathering areas, and thoughtfully coordinated finishes help create a consistent experience throughout the property.

The completed project brings these spaces together into a cohesive hospitality environment that feels modern, welcoming, and connected to the vibrant energy of Distrito T-Mobile. Through thoughtful procurement and close coordination, the hotel was furnished to support both the guest experience and the day-to-day operational needs of a busy destination property.
